Rickie has played roles in numerous amateur musical theatre shows including Les Miserable’s and Jesus Christ Superstar, and one day hopes to be in the ‘West End’. He then went to singing solo in social clubs and various events, doing charity work and local events to boost his confidence and talent. Rickie found that he liked singing Take That and was soon snapped up by a tribute band called TakeonThat in 2006. Rickie enjoys singing various types of music including Jazz, Classical, Pop, and Soul, and also excels in choreography which he used during his time in TakeonThat. The manager of the band recognised these talents and made him the choreographer which he took advantage of, making some of the dances his own and structuring the band.
