Rickie’s (Gary Barlow) love for singing started out in a popular group called Stagecoach, he enjoyed dancing, singing, and acting from a young age, and sang continuously in his bedroom. Rickie has played roles in numerous amateur musical theatre shows including Les Miserable’s and Jesus Christ Superstar, and one day hopes to be in the ‘West End’.

He then went to singing solo in social clubs and various events, doing charity work and local events to boost his confidence and talent. Rickie found that he liked singing Take That and was soon snapped up by a tribute band called TakeonThat in 2006.

Rickie enjoys singing various types of music including Jazz, Classical, Pop, and Soul, and also excels in choreography which he used during his time in TakeonThat. The manager of the band recognised these talents and made him the choreographer which he took advantage of, making some of the dances his own and structuring the band. Rickie will be using this in ‘Gary and Mark’ to make it a show not to be missed!

Jamie (Mark Owen) grew up in Gloucester where he first taste of entertainment came as a DJ in the cities pubs and clubs.

Deciding that he wanted to make the music rather than play it, Jamie travelled abroad working in Mallorca, Menorca and Cyprus, presenting two different tribute shows, one to Robbie Williams and one to the Rat Pack.

After playing Robbie for over 8 years, Jamie felt the need for a new challenge and created Gary & Mark.

Jamie is married to Claire and has a little boy called Jack. His interests away from music and performing include Scuba Diving, travelling, eating out and Shrewsbury Town FC.
